​Good Talk Russ is a six-piece rock, blues and funk band with deep roots in the greater Annapolis music scene.

The band’s setlist features well-known crowd pleasers from groups like The Allman Brothers, Little Feat, Van Morrison, and Sam Cooke - as well as numbers from alternative and roots acts such as Amos Lee, J.J. Grey, Tyler Childers, and The Red Clay Strays. What knits it all together is a commitment to original interpretation: every song is shaken, stirred and thoroughly “Russified” until it becomes the band's own.
